Our Terms & Conditions for Online Booking

Initial Consultation and Assessment

All new patients are required to have an initial face to face medical consultation and assessment prior to booking any treatments online.  Please note, for anti-wrinkle or lip enhancement you will need to have an initial consultation to ensure it is safe to treat you, therefore treatment will not be given on the same day as initial consult, this is a legal requirement.

We do not provide walk in treatments.

 

Existing patients who Penny has not seen for six months will also need a new consultation before proceeding with any treatment.

Booking and Documentation

All appointments must be booked via our official booking system, Aesthetic Nurse Software, accessible via our website or the link in our Instagram bio.
 

We do not accept bookings through direct messages on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram or Facebook), texts, or calls.

All patients are required to complete a medical consultation form 72 hours prior to the appointment - this must be completed prior to attending, this will be sent through to the clients email address via Aesthetics Nurse Software, it is the patient’s responsibility to truthfully disclose all relevant medical information to ensure it is safe for you to have the treatment prior to attending. Failure to disclose may increase the risk of adverse effects from treatments.

Penny can book appointments for you in advance at your consultation if you prefer, instead of booking online.

Data Protection (GDPR)

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
 

Your personal and medical information will be stored securely and used solely for the purposes of providing safe and appropriate treatments, and for administrative purposes relating to your bookings.
 

Your data will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent unless legally required.
 

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us using the enquiry form on the website.

Payment and Deposits 

Under normal circumstances, the following payment terms apply:

Initial consultations including Pigmentation Consultations are £30, this will only be refunded back to you if you go ahead with treatment, this will be done after your treatment is completed and when you pay before leaving clinic. If treatment has not been booked in within 1 month the deposit will remain with the clinician.

You are required to pay the full amount for treatments received in clinic, any discount codes will be applied then, for our packages we require 50% of the treatment price in advance and the rest to be paid half way through your treatments in clinic, this includes discounted amounts. 

We accept card payments only.

 

Please see our reschedule and cancellation policy below if there are any issues regarding the appointment date and time. 

Right to Refuse Treatment 

We reserve the right to refuse treatment at our discretion, particularly if we believe it is unsafe, inappropriate, or if the client has not complied with our policies.

 

​Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Appointment

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, simply use the link provided at the bottom of your booking confirmation email.

Cancellation and No-Show Policies

If you fail to attend your treatment appointment then that treatment or session will be lost.

Appointments may be cancelled up to 72 hours in advance online via your Aesthetic Nurse Software confirmation email or by emailing Penny - you will find her email address on the confirmation email.
 

Cancellations made within less than 72 hours  of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

No cancellations will be accepted via social media, including Instagram and Facebook.
 

No-shows and repeated cancellations may result in being unable to book future appointments.
 

We reserve the right to cancel any future appointments if there is a history of lateness, continuous cancellations, no-shows, or excessive changes to appointments. If an appointment is changed 3 times, we may then ask for a holding deposit for the booking.
 

Please note, for cancellation of Cosmelan Treatment we require 14 days notice, any cancellations made after this will result in 50% refundable treatment. 

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes or more late, we may need to cut your treatment short or cancel the appointment altogether to avoid disrupting other clients.
 

The full treatment fee will still apply in these instances.
