Hyperpigmentation is a skin condition where certain areas of the skin becomes darker than the surrounding skin due to an excess of melanin production. This can occur due to a number of reasons, including sun exposure, photosensitive medication, inflammation, injury, chemical exposure, genetics or hormonal changes. Hyperpigmentation can occur in any skin type and often require two triggers to be at risk. Hyperpigmentation can be managed to help reduce the appearance of darker patches of the skin, however we cannot fully eliminate it all together. What this means is that even after treatment, it is essential to carry on skin maintenance to help prevent hyperpigmentation from returning. Blemishes, Dull Skin & Enlarged Pores

Blemishes can occur with hormonal changes, bacteria build up, excess oil production, and inflammation, leading to breakouts. Similarly excess oil production alongside aging, and reduction of skin elasticity can cause enlarged pores, making skin texture appear uneven. Lastly dull skin can occur due to loss of hydration, aging, lifestyle and environmental factors. Hair loss in men and women can be triggered by stress, hormonal imbalance, genetics, and aging, which can lead to thinning hair and reduced volume. Recommended treatments: Microneedling with plant exosomes or mesotherapy which are evidence base solutions applied into the scalp, this will help stimulate hair follicles, encourage hair growth, restoring scalp health, thickens hair follicles for fuller hair and overall providing healthier looking hair. We use a professional microneedling device called the M-pen. This device creates controlled micro-injuries on the skins surface to stimulate the body’s natural wound healing processes, promoting collagen and elastin production, which are essential for maintaining skin firmness, texture and tone. This treatment typically requires multiple sessions. All microneedling sessions include a medical serum that has been specifically selected for your skin concern as a glide, crystal hydration mask and at home aftercare.

Antiwrinkle treatments consists of an injection which temporarily relax the facial muscles to improve facial lines to give a refreshed younger appearance. This treatment is perfect for reducing forehead lines, crow’s feet, and frown lines, leaving you with a refreshed and youthful look.

The use of Mesoestetic Trichology skin solutions specifically curated with plant exosomes to help promote thicker and healthier hair, the solution is applied to the scalp in addition to using the M-pen to create channels in the scalp for treatment to penetrate within the targeted area of skin.

At PS SKIN we provide a range of skin boosters and regenerative treatments. Profhilo is is an ultra pure hyaluronic acid that hydrates the skin from within. It is also a biostimulator so it can improve firmness and elasticity by stimulating collagen and elastin production. Polynucleotides (Plinest) is a highly purified technology polynucleotide derived from ultra purified DNA of trout. This treatment stimulates regeneration in the skin, targeting fibroblast cells to increase collagen and elastin synthesis, resulting in reduced crepiness, fine lines and wrinkles, whilst at the same time reducing inflammation and pigmentation. They are also a great treatment option for around the eye which until now has been a challenging area to treat non-surgically. Lastly, a highly effective product which combines regenerative Polynucleotides combined with Hyaluronic Acid which moisturises the skin at a deeper level; is effective for treating dehydrated skin in addition to reducing wrinkles.
